• All products listed on Saheli Store are 100% genuine, authentic, and sourced directly from verified salon supply and cosmetic manufacturers.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, discounts, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Payments & Billing

We support secure online payments via Razorpay Payment Gateway (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes. For prepaid transactions, discounts or promotional offers may apply as specified at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 business hours after confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination (typically 3 to 7 business days across India). You will receive tracking notifications once your parcel is handed over to our courier partner.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

You may request order cancellation prior to dispatch through your Profile Dashboard. For returns or replacement of damaged or defective items upon arrival, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photo proof.

7. Limitation of Liability

Saheli Cosmetics shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of products, unauthorized account access, or courier shipping delays beyond our reasonable control.
